• Attend a one-day “CIS Start-Up Seminar” and learn from our experts. They will guide you through the set-up and implementation processes, and provide expert advice on how CIS can best be adapted to meet your needs. Our experts will show you how to create or revise your existing procedures to work seamlessly with all features of CIS Continuous Improvement Software.

• If your organization currently has procedures in place and is certified to a standard such as ISO 9001:2000 or AS 9100, we offer a free two-month trial so you can start using CIS Software right away. (A fee-based service is available to assist in setting up criteria and customizable features within CIS.) If you decide to continue using CIS after the two-month free trial, a monthly fee of $337.00 USD will be charged for software usage, support, and maintenance. This fee includes all future revisions to CIS software, daily back-ups of all data and files loaded into your CIS system, e-mail and/or phone support from our experts, and a yearly online review of your system to ensure that CIS is being used effectively to drive improvement throughout your organization.

One-Day CIS Software Training

The “CIS Start-Up Seminar” provides comprehensive, interactive training on CIS-Revision 4.1 features and cross-platform functionality for new clients. Participants will also learn the benefits of Preventive Action programs and Process Audits over the traditional checklist style of internal auditing. For current CIS users, this seminar provides an excellent opportunity to train new managers or to identify more effective ways of applying CIS Software within your organization.

After two months, the client may choose to continue using CIS and pay a monthly support and licensing fee, or they may cancel their account.
